1400 KG per hour Briquette Production Line

Used briquette production plant consisting of (2) independent lines with total capacity approximately 1400 kg/hour. Plant was installed into current location from used equipment in 2006. Currently still in use and producing 1000 kg/hour of briquettes from sawdust and wood waste. Major equipment includes:
– Pawert briquette press with approximate capacity 900 to 1000 kg/hour driven by 50 kW motor. Machine was made in 1967 but rebuilt by Pawert in 1986 and 2006. 10,000 hours of use since last refurbished in 2006.
– Pawert briquette press with approximate capacity 450 kg/hour driven by 35 kW motor. Machine was fully restored in 2000 and has only had 4000 hours of use since REFURB.
– (2) cooling lines measuring 30 M and 15 M length.
– (2) feed silos with extractors and variable drive motors.
– grain silage augers and hopper to feed above silo.
– Walthambury Series 2000 automatic Weigher / bagger machine.
– Morray M220 bagging machine.
– shrink wrapper.
Also available separately for additional payment:
– Weidemann 1490 front loader made in 2003.
– Christy turner high speed hammer Mill and dust extractor unit.
