Used approximately 2 gallon stainless steel reactor system. Reactor approximately 10″ diameter X 12″ high. Rated 150 psi @ 302°F. Internal. Jacket rated 150 psi at 302°F. Agitator, belt driven by 1/2 HP drive. Vessel built by Hopps Inc. National board #1714, serial #13756, 1987. Skid mounted on steel base with Chromolox 4500 watt 240 volt electric hot oil heater system for jacket with pump and piping. Reactor system also includes controls and a chart recorder and a shell and tube condenser.
