18.5 kW Molteni Model DZ/1 Dissolver

Used dissolver by Molteni (IT) model DZ/1. Machine is belt driven by el motor 18.5 kW, 1460 rpm, 380 V, 50 hz, EEx-dIIAIIB T4 design. Working rotation of agitator adjustable in range from 500 up to 2500 rpm. Machine is equipped with two toothed disc agitators designed in stainless steel – one has diameter 260 mm, second 295 mm. Shaft has working length 740 mm and is designed in non-corrosive steel. Agitator is hydraulically rised/lowered up to 120 cm. Dissolver is also equipped with stainless steel/teflon side wall scrapper, with hydraulically adjustable position. Hydraulic device is driven by 1.1 kW motor EEx-dIIAIIB T5. Mixer can work on mixing pans with volume about 1000 l (internal diameter 105 cm x Height of side walls 120 cm), however pan is not included. Machine is also equipped with carbon steel plate/basis for mounting the mixing pan during the work and local control panel. Includes technical documentation in italian.
